Oyonnx is a New Zealand business growth consultancy with offices in Hamilton, Tauranga and Auckland. We provide strategy, accounting and HR support to owner-led small and medium businesses, with a particular focus on Pacific and Māori business owners.

Across Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Hawke’s Bay, we watched opportunities open up through social procurement, and we watched capable businesses miss them for want of business knowledge and the right connections.

Founded in 2009, initially as Alignz Accounting, Oyonnx was established by Meta and Lesa Tyrell, entrepreneurs who have built three thriving companies of their own. They saw the gap between business capability and effective delivery, and built Oyonnx to close it.
