Every Oyonnx member gets a completed goal plan: where you want to be, where you are, and the three priorities that generate immediate results. A living plan, not a binder.
Annual business plan
Builds your 90 day plan out to twelve months, with regular meetings, good habits, and accountability.

What happens in a strategy session?
We work out where your business is now, set the financial goal, and work backwards into a plan with three priorities you can start on this month. Sessions run at our Hamilton, Tauranga or Auckland office, or on your site.
Can you help us win tenders?
Yes. We teach you to read an RFP and answer what the assessor is actually scoring, or our team writes the tender for you.
How long before we see a result?
Every member leaves with a 60 and 90 day goal plan, so the first results are meant to land inside three months. The annual plan then extends it out to twelve.
